I am still fairly new to LoL so you do not have to trust this build completely. I will say that the theory behind this build makes sense. Sion already has good attack power. That along with the attack speed i'm implementing makes for an even more powerful Sion. With this build, I have been able to take on 2 champs with relative ease, though I must say I do gank them beforehand. Either way, I have been using this build and it has gone good for me.

Takes out minions easily

Low health and mana at the start and mid
No health recovery until late game
Run away when it's 3v1

Conclusion

This is my first time posting a build. I do not know how to utilize this to the fullest, but, when I am more knowledgeable I will be sure to post another build for Sion. I encourage you to try this build out and see how it goes, you may like it.
