Intro to The Hulkenstein Sion for Season 3

Welcome to my Sion Season3 guide.I would like to introduce you my Hulkenstein version on one of the toughest guys on the field! A few words about the champion Sion...when i first saw this figure i instantly thought...An undead incredible Hulk! or something between Frankeistein and Hulk...its OBVIOUS! He is green, undead, regenerating tough high healthy beast,he gets stronger when he is in rage...enough said! So if you come up with this role you end up with an AD Sion and not AP Sion.
I really tried to play him as a mage but i failed completely most of the times.Playing AP Sion gave me a sense of insecurity all the time because your main dmg output is focused on Cryptic Gaze and Death's Caress combo which require some skill and good practice to work well, and clever enemies can counter this easily PLUS i find REAAAAAAAALLLLLYYYYYY LAAAAAAAAAME AND NOT FUNNY AT ALL to play such a beast like a mage and killing enemies with your deadly gaze and your shield!!!! THUMBS DOWN! LOOK AT HIM!!! HE LOOKS NOT ALIKE MAGE :P
On the other hand playing AD Sion like Hulkenstein makes you a badass boss early to late game and gives you more confidence on the gameplay because playing AD Sion its really EASY AND BRAINLESS like a Hulkenstein beast should be! :D
I would like to keep this build/guide EASY ,SHORT , AND PRACTICAL for new to advanced players so and did not include chapters for Masteries/Runes/Abilities.Just give a read at some quick analysis on the notes above............enjoy my Hulkenstein Sion for Season3! :)

Pros/Cons

PROS

+ VERY easy to play,he actually plays with 3 abilities because of the forever toggle on Enrage
+ he has no weird or complex ability combo burst dmg, direct hack n slash gameplay
+ no skillshots!
+ insane team healer
+ DIE HARD!

CONS

- VERY ugly classic skin and model IMO! needs rework! u have to buy a skin! :P
- your team needs you every time
- slow and heavy champion. Not good mobility and attack speed
- expensive item build which most of the times you wont get it complete
- no escape ability

Summoner Spells

Sion is a very strong guy BUT very heavy and slow. You can miss a kill very easily if Cryptic Gaze is on cooldown and you are fighting a fast enemy champion like Hecarim Master Yi Teemo.Chasing or escaping is not a thing Sion is good so my first choice for the summoner spells is Ghost for giving him the extra mobility he needs when chasing or escaping. So why not Flash? Weeeellll...i really hate the nerfed new Flash and Ghost makes an incredible mobility combo with 2 Zeal or (2 Phantom Dancer) and Mercury's Treads+ enchantement: alacrity+ Tenacious .This is a FAR MORE EFFECTIVE chase/escape mechanism!
My second choice is Exhaust for nerfing down enemy carries on 1v1 or team fights.

Gameplay 1-18lvl

Start the game by ranking Enrage and toggle it ON FOREVER AND EVER! Buy Boots and 3 Health Potion and go top lane so you can easily solo it.With 9% lifesteal,18 ranks on defense ,3 Health Potion and your passive ability Feel No Pain you can stay on the lane forever! I once reached 10 lvl and i broke enemy turret with only wearing Boots and enemy Akali raging: Sion CANT DIE! :D Try to farm and GET THE EXTRA HP AT ANY COST! You should have a 70-80 minions farm at 15 mins.
The main core item setup you should have around 6 lvl is: Boots+ Zeal+ Vampiric Scepter and about 11-12 lvl you should have (if game goes well) Mercury's Treads with Enchantment: Alacrity one more Zeal one more Vampiric Scepter and a Chain Vest.Rush for Guardian Angel cause this item makes you a really undead champion! ;) From then you should rush for upgrading the 2 Vampiric Scepter and start some serious mid game team fighting! Build Phantom Dancer last if the game goes really late. The 2 Zeal combined with my rune page setup gives you the stats of a Phantom Dancer. Its far more important to build first your 2 Vampiric Scepter for a total mass destruction and team mass regeneration!
Sion is a very easy to play champion!!! No skillshots, you toggle Enrage ON at the start of the game and you never toggle it OFF again,so Sion actually plays with 3 abilities which 2 of them are passive abilities ( Death's Caress and Cannibalism). The only thing you have to do is to CHOP CHOP CHOP CHOP at any cost while shielding with Death's Caress yourself and supporting your teammates with healing them from Cannibalism and traping with Cryptic Gaze enemies for your allies to finish them. As for the two active items, i assign to SPACE BAR button the Ravenous Hydra because has a few secs cooldown so i can brainlessly spamming and hitting it! :D Simple and direct playing!

The Role of the Hulkenstein Sion

My main point on this build/guide is to play Sion AD support/tanky role! This means that you have to initiate fights (and dont ever hesitate to go 1v1 fight) and do some risky turret dives or turret breaks while at the same time you super heal yourself and your allies.Your role is a team fighter and Sion Hulkenstein have all the qualities about team fighting: high resistances, about 3000 hp at late game, he knows no fears/stuns/slows,insane regeneration even upon death, high AoE dmg with every single hit,and unexpectedly the BEST HEALER of the world! :D The main reason i started play Sion again ( i think that in season 2 he was not so viable) was 2 new items: Blade of the Ruined King and Ravenous Hydra.Combine these 2 items with Cannibalism in a team fight and you have a very high chance for your team to get an ACE!
If things go wrong in a team fight dont be scared because you cant die!!! Save Ghost for escaping and believe me that with such high mobility and resistant to CC enemies cannot catch you...even if you died...ooppss WRONG! Sion is undead! HE CANNOT DIE! so...even if you ''died'' the Guardian Angel revives you.Sometimes i save Ghost for casting it IMMEDIATELY after reviving while hitting Ravenous Hydra active crescent for some extra lifestealing! This makes a really funny escape that tilts and makes opponents QQ! :D TRY IT!

Outro

I hope you enjoyed this short build/guide and if you try it plz be free to share your thoughts with us about improvements, suggestions and any comments you have about it...
Be the Uncontrollable Hulkstein Sion and SMASH everything in your path! Know no fear! FEEL NO PAIN

P.S I would like to suggest Riot to make a little rework on Sion about the AP scaling on his abilities so to give him a more AD off tank bruiser role than a mage caster.

P.S 2 I dont know if i am doing something wrong or if mobafire needs to fix something, but the stats on critical and lifesteal on the sheet are 20% higher.Any thoughts? :/
