So he may look a little odd at first, but he becomes quite unstoppable.

The key to this build is Enrage as well as what is commonly referred to as "The Shell Game"

For those of you who don't know, the shell game is a modified version of jungling. Mainly it is laning/pushing wherever your enemy is not. This generally starts at about mid-game aka and is also known as the ganking phase.

You will not be much help to your teammates early on outside of your stun ability, but Sion becomes a health tank fairly early if you are doing your job. If you notice your teammates can't handle themselves on their own then you should not use this build. If you do not know how to watch the mini-map then you should NOT use this build.

However if your teammates suck and the only hope of winning is that the enemy will be distracted enough killing them while you back door their towers, then this build may save your life.

In review only use this build if
You are a good player and- you have good team-mates...or really horrible ones.

Now that we have that out of the way.

you should have the cool down on cannibalize pretty low, use it to save your life, and most importantly push the minions. If you haven't taken out 6 turrets, somebody else did it our you aren't playing correctly.

Other than that item sequence:
as always get vampiric scepter first.
if the enemy is giving you a hard time, get the boots 2nd, if not it is worth to save up until the recurve bow. From there follow the recipe getting things as you need them.

When the laning phase ends, try to help your team-mates when they need it (they should be in a group anyway because no more than 2 should be pushing at this portion of the game) and just push and eat as many minions and monsters as possible. Running away when you suspect a gank. If you see an easy kill that you don't suspect is a trap by all means go for it, outside of that be careful because you will be soloing except in emergencies until the near end of the game. This is ensures maximum minions kills and thus maximum sion health.

When you can walk up to a turret with no backing and Ashe standing behind it shooting you....laugh "that tickles" and subsequently smash the turret then Ashe. Then you have mastered this build.

Sion's Enrage unlike any other champion has no cap to the health it grants him.

Eat, get big, scare everyone.

Learn the Shell game and play it.
