Yes definatly. I start with this as gives me a huge advantage in laning phase. Just have to do alot more dodging ^^

You should really go with some Armor Seals and MR Glyphs because right now you gain like 15 AD at lvl 18 with your setup, I think it's a great loss in laning phase for not that much in later game stages.

Also I believe taking your W lvl 1 is superior due to the pushing power to get level 2 faster and the damage you'll get on your ennemy with it.

I think it's a good start, there are a few improvements that could be made, yes, but so far it's well done! I like playing Sivir as well and I can see you've given a lot of thought to this guide. I was just wondering if you could include how and when to use certain skills, such as her Ricochet or On The Hunt, maybe some laning advice against who you think are the most difficult laning opponents, and maybe some other options for runes, skill build and situational item builds. :D

Enchanted Armor is just a useless item on any ADC. As it's only a percentage of bonus armor, you won't get anything from it in most games but the ones going into super late game phase where you might build an Guardian Angel - but then the mastery points wouldn't have helped you for the first 30 minutes of the match anyways. Go for Block instead and even Unyielding if you can spare a single point in the attack tree. And if you're cutting down in the attack tree go down to 21 points to have the 9th point for Juggernaut and get that extra health percentage throughout the game.

Double lifesteal + BC over LW and some flaws in masteries.
Very late defensive item for Sivir also.

When you replace crit runes with ad marks, quints, glyphs AND seals, your guide is basically unfixable.
