Not Updated For Current Season
Hai guys. This is my first build here, and with over 5 games as Sivir, I have become very attuned to her unique and hugely contributory playstyle. Everything in this guide is explained so please, sit back and enjoy the read.
-Absolute monstrous 1v1.
-Fantastic supporting abilities.
-Superr strong carry
- A little on the slow side.
Q Boomerang Blade- Your bread and butter skill. This is your farmer, initiator, finisher offer, ganker, escape tool, sniper, kser, healer (when combined with spell vamp), the uses of this spell truly know no bounds. With a relatively low cd you use it whenever chance you get. You max this skill first.
W Ricochet- Your second bread and butter skill. This skill allows for a second type of snipe not normally seen. By maxing this skill second, you gain an unprecedented amount range that can be abused against your opponents. Hiding behind minions? Level up ricochet and start hitting minions. nearly dead opponent running away? Wait till they run past a minion wave and fling it at one, and watch it most likely catch up to him and finish him off. It simply contributes so much to this Sivirs ability to carry.
E Spell Shield- Your other bread and butter skill. This skill blocks a single enemy spell thrown at you. Again the number of uses of this spell is absolutely ridiculous. Even more Boomerang Blade and Ricochet combined. Gangplank about to Parrrley you? Spell shield *****. Tryndamere about to slow you? Spell Shield *****. Soraka about to Starcall you? Spell shield *****. Is she about to Silence you? Spell Shield *****. Is Malzahar about to Nether Grasp you? Spell Shield *****. Is he about to cast Malefic Visions on you? Spell Shield *****. Is he about use his Q? Spell Shield *****. Is Annie about to incinerate you? Spell Shield *****. Is she about to drop Tibbers on you? Spell Shield *****. Is Mordekaiser about to Ult you? Spell shield *****. Is Nasus about to Wither you? Spell shield *****. Is Caitlyn about to Ult you? Spell Shield *****. Is she about to hit you with her Traps? Spell Shield *****. Is she about to run away with and shoots her slow at you? Spell shield *****. Is Maokai about to snare you? Spell shield *****? Is he throwing his saplings at you? Spell shield *****. TWICE. is Brand about to do anything to you? Spell Shield *****. Is Anivia about to try and stun you? Spell shield *****. Is Master Yi about to Alpha Strike you? Spell Shield *****. Is Teemo about to Silence you? Spell shield *****. (note: only works if you have oracles) About to hit Teemo's Shroom. Spell Shield *****. As you can see this moves uses highly outnumber any of her others, as well as any other characters in the game. (maybe except for noc, still unconfirmed however)
R On the Hunt- Ah finally. Your bread and butter skill. This move is not only what makes you such a fantastic carry, it allows you to support your team in the best way possible. SPEED AND ATTACK SPEED. what more could brand or annie ever want. Now considering this guides focus on damage, it is absolutely crucial that you only use this skill at times of absolute necessity. That is why this skill is so hard to use. It provides such great utility, yet is needed to correctly carry and win as Sivir.
I promise, run Movement Quints, Attack speed yellows and blues, and armor pen reds.
Works wonders with this build I **** you not.
Now I choose these masteries as they give the most out of what each tree offers. Sivir doesn't exactly lack offensive power, but the damage and utility provided from the 29 points in the offensive masteries really bump her carrying abilities over the edge into what some might consider OP, as well as the one point into the utility, which really gives her that boost in supporting power, even though she is a carry.
Heal and CV are absolutely mandatory for Sivir.
She is a very tricky champion as well as very deceptive, and having heal can turn the tide of battle, especially late game.
A perfect example being when fighting a champion and your health becomes quite low, you simply pop heal. Not to mention it furthers her ability to support her team.
The second spell after heal That is absolutely mandatory is CV
Not only does it give you more supportive abilities to this carry guide, it allows you to CV from cover where they think they might be safe at their tower, when you pop CV and then snipe them with your Q.
The reason I choose six Blood Thirsters is to maximize the damage output that Sivir delivers. With over 700 Ad and a balls load of life steal, she fights everyone and everything no problem, as well as providing excellent support to her team.
Granted, this takes awhile to accomplish, but think of this as if it were Tryndamere.
When she hits carry mode. It's GG ***********ERS.
Sivirs job in team fights is to support, and carry. By using your heal and cv abilities during the fight as well as your ult, you provide your team with a significant advantage over the other team by buffing there movement speed, attack speed, healing them, and even giving your team sight, as to not lose track of their targets during team fights.
When team fights start, run around to the side and pop your CV so the entire enemy team is revealed. Then Use your ult and run in there, make sure to throw your blade first, turn on Ricotchet and Spell shield, and then go rape face. With your added utility and ridonculous carrying abilities you will melt the other teams faces if your team is even semi competitive.
Building Sivir this way grants you everything you could possibly want from a character.
She will Support your team almost as well as a Soraka, and will carry harder than any other in the entire game.
Thanks for reading. :D
