Why this works

Basically this build really focuses on sivirs strong point, her early game. You capitalize on her early game by rushing spirit of the elder lizard. This item will give you the mana regen you need in lane, cooldown reduction for more boomerangs, and a passive burn that will make wave clearing with w and q really fast. In addition, this item will add a great amount of AD for the cost. But, the best thing about this item that really capitalizes on sivirs early game is the gold you get for kills and assists. You'll be bringing in 40 extra gold per kill or assist, and by the time you're ready to sell this item theres a good chance it payed for itself.
