This build is strictly for a friend named NasBR according to his lack of runes/masteries and most likely won't bring desired results to you. Unless you can learn to adapt, mobafire builds will -never- bring satisfaction for most situations.

Once you get your mp5/lvl blues/yellows get rid of the manamune and replace it with 3 doran's blade stacking. Otherwise, not much to say besides this is the most generic sivir build possible, so it can cope with most team comps.

I didn't put a skill sequence just because I can't remember what the skill sequence -is-

Your order needs to be R>Q>W>E, DO NOT SPAM Q EARLY OR YOU'LL LOSE LANE. Use your mana productively, with ONLY using ricochet on tower, only using spell shield on spells that are definitely coming your way -- trying to spell shield a good corki player will leave you manaless, but using it on a sion's stun is a way to productively manage your mana.

LASTLY - DO NOT USE Q AT ALL UNTIL LVL 3 AT THE MINIMUM LVL FOR BB, IF YOU USE IT WHEN IT'S LVL 1-2 YOU WON'T DO ANY DAMAGE BUT YOU -WILL- GO OOM

Teleport + Ghost for pushing and running

IF YOU SEE MINIONS PUSHING AN ENEMY TOWER AND YOU CAN SEE AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE, USE TELEPORT ONTO THE MINIONS AND PUSH THE TOWER! Make sure your team knows so they don't try to get into a teamfight without you. Also, use it to push away people from your tower. Sivir is a GREAT tower defender -- with ricochet and BB she can clear whole creep waves without creating much threat for her.
