Welcome to my first Guide for League of Legends.
This Guide is about Sivir as ADC.

For the Runes I choose 9x Greater Mark of Attack Damage
9x Greater Seal of Armor
9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
3x Greater Quintessence of Armor Penetration
Why do I choose the Quins of Armor Penetration and not 9x Greater Mark of Armor Penetration?
Because I thought that it's better when you deal a greater scale of Attack Damage in early Game.
So i put the Quins of Armor Penetration in my Build and not the Quins of Attack Damage or something else.
About the Masteries I didnt make a big trouble cause I only choose that Masteries, that are in my opinion important for an ADC. So Damage, Critical Strikes, Armor and Magic Resist.
That's all about the masteries.
Ahhhhh the Items.
That's an really important point.
In the Item section you can change many things cause everyone build's his Items like he/she wants. But I thought, that my Build is really OK and acceptable.
So I put in some Attack Damage, Critical Strikes, Attack Speed, Life Steal, Armor and Magic Resist. Then I played some Games with this Build and BOOM... it was perfect to play. <3
Only the core things.
Remember that your Q flew back to you and deals damage on this way. Controll it with your Movement. And use the Q to take the last hits on Enemys.You can also start an fight with your Q and use it again in the end to last hit. Also the Q got an insane range to hold the Enemy ADC away from farming. Use your W to clear Minions fast. Dont forget that the W can jump from an Minion to an Enemy. But the Damage reduce after every bounce from one Minion to another Minion. Your E is very useful cause it blocks 1 entire Spell. So if the enemy Supporter, lets take Annie, cast her Q on you, you can use your E fast to block the spell and absorb the Mana. Your R is a great Spell to chase enemys down or to escape. Remember that the R also affects your Teammates. They will get the Speed Buff too. And passively you will gain 40% more Attack Speed everytime your W is activated. And you got a nice passive that gains you an increase on your Movement Speed when you hit an enemy Champion.
If we take all together:
Q - Last hit on on Enemys or open a fight.
W - Fast Waveclear and a 40% Attack Speed boost if you reached Lv 6
E - Blocks enemy Spells and absorb some Mana
R - Helps you and your Teammates to chase or escape
Passive - Movement Speed increased by hitting enemy Champions
As Spells i took Barrier to turn fights or simple block heavy damage and flash for... you know about flash i think. Poof... TA-DA... Escape or chase.
Pros / Cons
Pros: - high damage output
- spell block
- massive damage on Q
- R can turn Teamfights
- Movement Speed increased when hitting an enemy Champion.
Cons: - low attack damage (without casting W)
- not the biggest range on Autoattacks
I dont think that I have to talk much about how to farm ;)
