Lifesteal always works for the squishy characters, cause its a regen based on AS. It helps with the sustain early game. At least you get the lifesteal part before the BF sword part early.

Manamune is amazing for Sivir. Honestly people could call everything else on this build wrong and I would consider it, but the Manamune is just that important for her. Maximum shield mana return is along the lines of 75mana every 10seconds tops. You use about 230mana every 10seconds. Sivir may be an AD Carry but she isn't just an auto attacker.

If you do the math you can tell that there is no reason to take Zeal ahead of boots.

It's a good build,i feel like people are trying to use stupid tactics to justify downvoting,the guide can just use a little more color or pictures.You've done well.

At this point I am going to consider the guide no longer a work in progress. I do want to add pictures and ideally video but I feel like the core of the guide is all there. Getting good video and pictures might be something I'll try doing over the weekend. I have yet to do any FRAPSing in LoL so I'll have to get that up and going.

I still will be updating and will try to utilize feedback to fix and modify the build, but the drastic changes over the past couple days should be done with. I might decide to use the larger icons for items but I somewhat like the focus on names over pictures for those.

If anyone has anything to contribute let me know. If someone gets a good youtube upload of a game as the new Sivir I would love to be able to use it.

Thank you all for your continuing feedback, it has been a great help not just in improving my guide but also in improving my Sivir gameplay.

Enjoyed reading your guide, but i won't give it a +1. Sry 'bout that.

There is one thing I find very misleading. Manamune. I tested it a lot. Believe me. There were times when Manamune's mana-to-ad-ratio was better, it got mana stacked up faster and Banshee's Veil was stronger. This were the times where Manamune shined. This times are basically over, because the opportunitycosts of Manamune are just way too high.

I'll make it as quick as possible.

If you rush Manamune, you will have it around level 8. Means you get the +20 ad from it and maybe 18 ad more from the 2% mana conversions. Means +38 ad VS. the +45 ad the enemy-carry invested in a cheaper B.F. Sword. Doesn't look like much? I'll put it this way: Your enemy just got 18% more bonus ad. A stat which actually matters for a ranged carry.
In other words: Your early to mid game will suck with Manamune. And while Manamune may look fine on paper the longer the game lasts it will also be bad for your lategame. Why? Because you won't need the mana-part of this item anymore. It will be 1 of 6 item-slots dumped for only +60 ad. Think about it. There are many items that give you more for your money. Wit's End is stronger, although the +42 magic damage don't synergize with the rest of the build, the 40% as do though and MR is needed too compared to mana. Hell you could just save up the money and buy a Black Cleaver or go for a much earlier Last Whisper.

So, I really appreciate your hard work on this build. I really would love to give it +1, but that would mean I would recommend this build to other players. That's simply not it with a Manamune in there. This item is a real noob-trap in my mind.

Having played siv since the patch I'm not sure how you spam a 7 sec ability, and Q doesn't hit like a truck until late game and you have a lot of gear. Also Q has never cleaned a line of creeps it hurts them but doesn't clear them.

Luckritze - The Manamune for Sivir is not just about the AD it is about the Mana Regen. With the Sivir rebuild she uses more mana than she did before. Using abilities on cooldown is required on Sivir and you need to have the mana to support that.

Xvart - Not sure what ability you are talking about, Ricochet is a 3 sec cooldown by the time I suggest spamming it. Q should have no issues clearing a creep wave once you have Atma's/BF Sword. If it isn't clearing the wave for some reason a single ricochet should finish the wave off at that point.
