Alright here we go. Sivir one of the most underplayed characters in LoL.

Gear choice explanation.

I say to start off with the vampiric scepter because that 12% life steal can really help you keep harrasing enemy champions early on in your lane.Next we have madreds razors for some extra armor and faster farming easy to get and works on random creeps on the map. After that your gonna get back to working on starks for more life steal and atk speed. the aura will really help your partner when your laneing. After that your going to finish off madreds bloodrazor, really helps kill those tank type enemies. Next black cleaver for that extra boost in dmg and for the awesome armor redux effect on enemies. You will probably want to get berzerkers greaves right after madreds bloodrazor and after that point this build is your to play with because you can either get frozen mallet first or phantom dancer its really up to what you need. some people will rather choose last whisper over mallet just for extra dmg but i prefer slow and more health over more dmg.

Skill Choices.

starting off with ricochet is the best possible way for you out level and out farm the enemy champion, remember that if your going to attack a tower to turn in back off in the champion is near or you might hit them and get killed by the tower. Get spell shield early so you can stop some enemy attacks and recover some mana from having ricochet almost always on,this will take practice to get the right timing and to see the signals that an enemy will use a spell/targeted ability(remember some attacks aren't blocked by spell shield and that if you mess up a shot with spell shield its a big chunk out of your mana.)
I don't suggest farming with boomerang blade because it just costs too much in mana to be worth it at the start of the game.(at the end its a great tool for killing champions but still dont use it to farm, ricochet does that way better and way cheaper mana wise.) On the hunt should be capped as soon as possible, at end game it gives you a crazy 90% atk speed boost and i think its a ~30% movement speed boost(gives 30% atk speed to allies in range and ~10% mov speed ) this ability is great for destroying towers and chasing down weak enemies or helping friends escape/kill their target.

Runes Choice.
To be quite frank i have no idea what to really put here but if you have better ideas for that feel free to change it as you like.
