After trying to make last build i cant find greater glyphs and quints of insight (magic pen) so put them for last build !!!

I MADE THIS BUILD AFTER HUNDREDS OF GAMES FOR TE EMO!

*4th build all runes are on MAGIC PENETRATION , just seals on attack speed*

This build is good for solo on mid/top 5x5 and for solo top on 3x3 games!

First step - you need to pick most best runes for teemo!
You can choose 3 types of Glyphs (depends on if you play solo or with team) :
1. 9x Glyphs on magic penetration;
2. 9x Glyphs on magic resist;
3. 9x Glyphs on magic resist per level.

*also if you go on mid then take glyphs that give magic resist / m. res per lvl. glyphs!
*Magic pen will give you advantage against tanks if you solo top, also it's another way to deal true magic damage!

Main item is boots , I had chosen that boots , because they make you deal very high amount of magic/item damage! And makes you easy stay against tanks ! Other items deal damage, that called ITEM DAMAGE, it's just another magic damage, because if you will have a lot of m pen, then will be easy vs m resistable champs!

ALSO! If you go on the top to get fast malady u can buy a dagger i stayed very easy against irelia and singed when bought dagger and health potion at 1 lvl :)

This is not a big guide, i'm just trying to give you my build, that i made after tons of games with my main champion, which i love most of any other games or movies ^^!
