But skarner is quite hard to kill someone(though i solo and kill people be4...),but actually i was wrong,4/6 atk and 2/defence would be better so i think i should change the stat right now,thanks for commenting :)

The key to a good tank is a champion that's hard to kill but you can't afford to ignore. Champions like Singed, Cho'gath, and Alistar are perfect tanks because their CC or raw damage makes it tempting to target them first.

Tank Skarner has minimal damage and almost non-existent CC. With this build you're basically a walking ult, that's it. Since you build very little AP and no AD you will be trivially easy for the enemy team to ignore in a fight because you are not a danger from a damage or a CC/disruption standpoint--you're just a guy that does almost nothing and is very hard to kill. This isn't a tank build, it's a damage soak build.

There's absolutely no reason to have a Lich Bane in this build since you have no other sources of AP. You're actually making Skarner deal less damage by upgrading Sheen into a Lich Bane since you're trading an extra 100% base damage (or 130 bonus damage at level 18) for 80 bonus damage from your AP. Trinity Force for this build would be superior in every way--more damage, more health, more MS.

You also seem confused as to what you want to do with your masteries. If you're going for survivability, why don't you max out the defense tree and get the bonus health and damage reduction?

Try this build in game, please. While you may die last in teamfights you'll find that it's because no one is focusing you since you aren't a threat.
