Skarner- More Than A Jungler
I don't know enough about Skarner to make any BIG changes, but I'm looking at your In Testing On-hit effects build, and I think Madred's Bloodrazor would work better than the Sword of the Divine. Gives AD, AS, and a great passive(which is also on-hit). just a little thing I noticed, as I play Teemo as On-hit sometimes.
that was actually the fun build :P but thanks for the idea, that is also a good choice, and a viable one for a team with more HP champs.
i like the item build but i teke magic pen marks
my masteryes are a bit diferent as well
but its a new champ so alot of testing still :P
