Hey so I have some comments, as someone else said, rylais is not a good item as the slow only really works on Fracture, since skarner's crystal slash already apply's a 40% 2 second debuff on all enemy targets while rylais only applys a 15% slow for 1.5s.

I enjoy Tear of the Goddess, more then purchasing the Philo stone, while not providing the HP regen, which is useful in lane it provides you with a near infinite supply of mana, and bonus damage without slowing down the build. However The missing Health regen does hurt in lane, so the starting philo stone is still a very strong choice. In terms of the gold/10 . You equation that it repays itself in 13 minutes 25 seconds is wrong. At 5 gold per 10 seconds it generates 30 gold per minute (60/10 * 5), and at 800 gold it takes 26.66 (800/30) Minutes to repay itself. that means for every additional minute you keep it, you gain 30 bonus gold (about 1.5 last hits per minute). Provided you bought your philostone 8 minutes in you will have payed it off by the 35 minute mark, and if the game runs for ~60 minutes you have doubled the amounted payed the philo stone.

I would also like to state that wits end, is not particularly viable on skarner, Even with the AS with lets you gain faster cool downs, it is hard to find a target to continuously hit in a teamfight and when you do, the small magic damage bonus, and AS don't really increase your overall damage output. I feel that the guinsoo's is a much stronger choice, with the short cd spells, it is also much more in the hybrid class then wits end.

Please add real cons, as opposed to troll cons

Also pointed out is that you have 8 items in your build, 7 if you count the fact that you sell your philo stone
(Boots, TriForce, Rylais, wits end, an armor item, a mr item, gunblade)

Next Boots (3 items) 1st real item
Next Tri Force (3 items) 2nd real item
Next Rylai (4 items) 3rd real item
Sell Philo stone (3 items)
Next Wits end (4 items) 4th real item
Next Buy armor item (5 items) 5th real item
Next Buy MR item (6 items) 6th real item
Next gunblade (7 items) 7th real item
It should either not include the gunblade, or say that you want an armor OR mr item as opposed to armor AND mr items.

So, well most of the guide was well written, it does have some flaws, and when these are point out to you you call the person posting a troll.
I enjoyed the section about common counters, but the build, and the reasoning behind it was quite shaky.


Edit: if this is less then coherent I will comeback and change it later, it is really late here, and I may not have made all my points clear enough.
