Just a general endgame build outline. Obviously start Hunters Machete + 5 pots into Wriggles then get boots(i go zerks cause Zephyr gives Tenacity and Maw is for the MR), Buy sheen then start TBC, Finish Trinity, build Blade of the ruined king and from there improvise, this build usually works well, does alot of damage and has quite a bit of effective survivability.
Edit: this isn't meant to be a guide so go ahead and throw this to oblivion if you feel i am wrong, i'm open to any criticism however. I may elaborate later and make this a guide.
