As for Downsite, the purpose of the TF is for the passive proc, and for the health/movespeed bonuses.
They work well together because the point of this guide isn't just to be a crit damage squishy, it's to be a brute force. The health that you get from both items is quite substantial, and the fact you can get a sheen proc is just icing on the cake.
Please TRY my build before you vote, or vote on anyone's guide for that matter.

Tf and FM do not work well together.

i got a friend of mine to use this guide even though i posted earlier and i upvoted but i wanna tell you how well it helped him he got a quadra kill on a normal whtch was awesome to see they forfeited right after but anyway this is an awesome build ^^

Dufftime, the greatest part of this build is the versatility! Armor runes make for a great jungle, and i have jungled with this setup. However I change from 21/9/0 to 21/0/9 for the xp and buffs.
Also obviously the first item would be the Vampiric Scepter.
I will add a jungle addition/option to the guide soon, as Jungleplank is very viable.

In regards to the actual build, it looks nice but I will never be playing lane pirate again. =3 I love my jungle pirate too much!

Tried a few other GP builds and then this one; this is by far the most fun and most rewarding way to play him. Great guide, great build, +1 from me.
