Leblanc is a mage character with the best burst damage and 2 possible blink spells. Leblanc is not usefull for beginners and impatient players. To use her effectively you should patient and wait for your cooldowns to finish to fight. This guide is firstly about how to use skills.

This guide is good about teaching how to use skills but personally I think skill order is not good.
Pros and Cons

-It's all smoke and mirrors
Mirror Image (passive) : When your hp is below %40 you create a clone which deals no damage. This passive is good for Leblanc becouse she is so squishy and this skills let her be lucky and escape from bad situations. And this skill altually makes you laugh in too many cases like Viegar ulting your clone or entire enemy team chasing your clone.
Sigil of Silence (Q) : Super damage + silence + super range + no need to aim = perfection
Distortion (W) : Your gap maker/closer and also you need this skill to activate Q skill's silence and second damage potential.
Ethereal chains (E) : Slow + immoblize and good damage but you need good aim for this skill but if used right this skill is soo useful.
Mimic (R) : The that makes Leblanc 2 times better than other characters. This skill has multiple uses but you will mainly use this skill with Q for best damage and extra silence.
Deals good damage and silences enemy.
Your main combo if your positioning is not good.
Good combo if you landed in a good place after distortion
E+Q+R+W : (My special combo) (Use Q and R quickly before your chains bind enemy)
Why This combo is better than Q+R+W+E ? becouse this combo deals Too much damage when chains bind enemy (becouse of second damage of your R and E and you quickly cast W) and this is good becouse enemy can't be lucky about health regen and survive with 10 hp or can't heal, cant use invinciblity skills right in time. And after this combo ends you will be near enemy and enemy will be binded and that allows you to use some auto atks without chasing enemy like a mad pig.
And you can probably cast Q once more.
This usage is for chasing or runinning away from enemies.
A combo that you won't use too much but this combo is for binding enemies when you wait for your team to arrive.
Why this Runes?
-Becouse penetration marks are more useful than ability power marks.
-Becouse there is no seal runes that gives you good AP so it's better to have some more HP.
-Becouse AP glyphs are worth to buy and give good AP.
-Becouse Greater quintessence of potency gives you good early AP.
Ignite : It's a good spell can help you kill 2-3 in a game.
Flash : This spell is good for any champion and it synergises with your double flashes
Heal : You people will be like "what the f**k are you out of your mind" ? No actually this skill is not bad as entire people say this skill is actually a better choice than ignite. Why? Becouse this skill heals more than 2x than ignite's damage that means this spell can block ignite and give you like 10-20 hp (becouse ignite halfes the heal) spare when you use it ignited and guess what... if you use it before ignite or after ignite ends this skill will give you full heal that means 100-140 extra hp after ignited. And 1 more thing ignite is a single target skill but heal also heals other team members so never underestimate the power of heal.
Ghost : This spell is ok you can get it.
Exhaust : Na just let others take it... you wont even need it.
Clarity : No you are not going to spam your skills, you have skill order and you should never ruin it with random skill casts so you won't need too much mana.
