Hecarim Passive Ability

INTRODUCTION

Hecarim is very similar to Skarner to me. Tanky but not really strong but has great utility for your team. He is very fun I was very happy with my purchase for him. He kinda weak right now but not that bad. But I admit he does need small buff on his dmg.Overall he is great champ and really fun.

Runes

-Armor pen marks
-Armor seal
-Magic rist Gylph(I couldn't find the flat magic rist)
-movement speed quin

Masteries/spells

I go with 0-21-9 Focusing on movement speed and tanky.
Ghost and cleanse, Recommend Ghost and Flash

First start with armor and 5 pot, then buy wriggle,merc tread boots, get frozen heart, spirit visage, tri force, then get FON,Last get hextch gunblade. Sell wriggle for hextech gunblade
