Nice build, thumbs up, but I often go really as a Tank-DPS, with Philosopher's Stone,Ninja Tabis or Mercury Treads, Warmog's, Sunfire Cape, Atma's Impaler and the last one is Force of Nature(heavy AP) or Frozen Mallet. Then you are quite invulnerable and deal tons of damage with Siphoning Strike. And at last u can upgrade the Philosopher's Stone to Shurelya's Reverie. You now have 4000 - 4800 HP(remind Atma's Impaler :D) and can lead all teamfights and destruct all towers on a lane without any help of teammates or minions. sounds pretty solid, imo you can build everything you want on nasus what is kinda tanky or providing AD :D be careful with your build if you play against vayne/kog or a guy with mardreds, they are probably gonna burn you down^^ |

I think that phantom dancer would be more usefull than the youmuu's ghostblade beacause you will hit pretty fast with crits almost all the time, plus the movement speed. |
