Tryndamere is one of the best solo top champions in game right now. There are not many top champs that can beat him. Trynd scales very good with crit and damage.

I choose 21/9/0, because the masteries in offensive is just too good not to take with trynd. you get crit and armp, life steal, and ad. Too gud.

I use my standard ad/top runes on him
Flat armp. marks
Flat armor seals
Flat magic resi. glyphs

And here comes the tricky part:
- You can either take flat ad quints for the extra damage early
- You can take flat armp quints for late game/early.

I usually start boots 3 pots, but if I'm against 2 (stupid normals) I take cloth armor 5 pots.
Wriggle's is a MUST have item on trynd. His sustain is way too good when he gets this. Noone can take him out of the lane when he has this.
I go phantom after that, then Inf. edge It's not hard to realise that this is a must. You get over 80% crit with full fury and this. Infinity is a must, because of his crit and ad.
You can choose between last whisper or bloodthirster or even yomus if you like it all depends on what you like and need.
I just take a defensive item in the end, just to make sure they don't kill me instantly. ga is a great item.

Tryndamere is a really fun champion to play and not that hard to play.
Just remember not to ult at max hp -,- and keep farming.
