You've got an excessive focus on stacking mana regen items (Both Chalice and Tear of the Goddess) which is highly impractical. Specifying the use of Sight Wards repeatedly is pointless, Sight Wards should be bought by the players needs.
I don't see how this guide demonstrates how to build a core at all. For a start, Chalice is not a very good item for most games, Tear will provide all the mana an early champion needs. Put some red pots in at the start (at least 1) so that if you take some abuse, you can recover. Your heal will not overwhelm your opponents straight away, so don't assume Red Pots are necessary.
