It makes it so her Q will do a lot of dmg and if you use E to speed up to them then hit W for shield and R the ult them then hit Q just before you hit them with a basic attack it will kill a squishy champ at full health that has no magic res. items now this is not saying to try this in mid lane just if you need to have Sona do some dmg along with those nice heals. my favorite game mode to use it in is ascension but will work in Summoner's Rift if you need it. also if you are not already good with Sona i dont recommend trying this build out till you get to where you now how her moves work together. also if you swap out the athene's unholy grail for a eye of the oasis this works grate for a support that can do good dmg the the enemy champs in a fast poke to set up a easy kill for your adc but be warned you may get the kill with out trying to
