Good guide but please elaborate more on Clairvoyance, CV can help you land certain spells (eg. skill shots).

+1 - Nice Support Sona.
Although I don't see why you get Scout (The sight difference is practically nothing) & an excessive amount of Mana Potions.

I don't see what you don't like about Heal it's still really good, maybe still even OP. High tier players are getting a combo of Clairvoyance/ Heal or Heal/ Flash lately. It's just my 2 cents. :]

Oh yah, why not get Ionian Boots of Lucidity? They allow you to spam your spells more often.

Heh. I knew someone would talk about my 4 Mana Potions. I used to get Meki Pendant long ago, and when i just switched, Faerie Charm was not allowing return of my mana fast enough, therefore I used the multitude of Mana Potions as a buffer. Recently, I have gotten more effecient, and sometimes not used even 1 Mana Potion after laning. In my Core Build Explanation, I mentioned that switching 2 mana potions for 1 extra Sight Ward was possible. But I like have many Mana Potions just in case.

About Heal, I agree that it got buffed and all, but Clairvoyance and Flash still goes for me. I will do some tests and rewrite that section, making Heal a good option to switch out for either Flash or Clairvoyance.

Scout to me is important, but I somewhat agree that its 5% increase does not do much. You can swap this, if you feel like its not important, into Good Hands , Swiftness , or even Improved Recall , whichever suits your playstyle better.
