Teleport - To move around the map.

Masteries
9/0/21 because you need all the utility to support your team mates and since Sona can do some harrasing we go 9 in offensive.

Items


Soul Shroud - More health on a squishy champion as well as a cooldown reduction and mana regen aura is a great combo.

Boots - Mercury treads for mr and if enemy team has heavy CC.

Aegis - This items offers health, defense, and magic resist to the holder and a boost to defense, magic resist, and damage to surrounding champions. This items increases the survivability. (Option 1A)

Will of the Ancients - an aura that increases the ability power of nearby allied spell caster champions. Increasing both your healing output and the damage output is good. (Option 1B)

Inverting Locket - This item provides an aura that heals both mana and health after each spellcast. Paired with items that reduce cooldowns, this item can make a difference in the battle. With the health and mana bonus, it increases survivability.

Frozen Heart - The mana increase and cooldown reduction are great for any spellcaster. But the worth of this item is the fact that it decreases the attack speed of nearby enemies.

(Optionl)

Abyssal Scepter - Decreasing the magic resistance of enemy champions is almost as useful as increasing the ability power of allied champions.

Aegis vs Will
You're suppose to get both but depends on who's on your team. If you have an AP carry get Will of the Ancients 1st. If you got a team full of squishys get Aegis 1st.

Strategy
Heal! Speed Buff! Damage/Abilty Buff!

Aura's to buff your allies and weaken your enemies!
