Ok well here goes my first unpro guide to soraka. My build is a bit choppy to some but works well if used correctly. The thing you must know with this build is distance. keep ur distance as much as possible and spam your Q as much as you can using your infuse the second it comes on.

The masteries are pretty straight forward. I use a 9-0-21 build to maximise dmg as well as cooldown of my abilities which is most important.

High penetration and regeneration is important to this build for spamming your Starfall as much as possible. However you must be careful for using this kind of build is your health is horribly low, so wait until you can get your kindlegem.

Maximization of your CD is first priority. The more often you can use starfall the more often u can stack and punish that last hit with your longer ranged infuse. I usually farm till I can get ionian boots. usually ill be short trying to get kindlegem sell your regrowth pendant cause at this point you wouldnt need it anyway. After maxing your cooldowns you can work on scaling your AP.

Most builds for some reason tell you to get teleport ...wtf right? If your team needs help thats why you have your ultimate. Instead reach for exhaust and flash. The suprise of flash and exhaust with the stacking of your star fall is sure to put anyone either off guard or allow you to zone in fear of it. It also reduces dmg done to you just incase the battle gets close.

Pros: Starfall is easily spammable and speed clicking q is a great way to hit someone without targeting
AP carry Soraka is also an amazing support.

Cons:Using soraka makes you target number one
low health makes you easy to see plus the name soraka seems to piss people off
