wards are important. farming might be hard, reason for philosophers stone. in team fights, use your e against the other team, do not use it to give mana to allies (unless they extremely need mana). Make sure your e skill (infuse) silences a high priority target; i.e. a mage like annie or someone who has a strong skill like amumu. STAY BACK. Your cooldowns will be high early game, this build is good for burst fighting, team runs in gets a kill then runs out you re heal etc. farming is not important as a support philosophers stones will handle that.
