I like this build because it comes with new ideas which make sense even if they aren't standard (for example Rylai).

rylai's is a very viable item on soraka, especially good considering your Starcall is on a 1.4 second cooldown and can pretty much perma-slow them

This build works, the scepter is pretty expensive, but after you get it, it really helps your team to chase people down, and no one expects soraka to slow, most of the time people go in all and go "What just slowed me there?!".

Why? Maybe try to read the guide before voting? I described it... it was a good item also before patch, now the AP boost isn't so good, but health is the same, and very useful, and it's passive is AMAZING with your Q and especialy E after changes.


Not a problem to get it due to usual count of your assists.


Soul Shroud? Abyssal Scepter?

Im sry but this makes absolutly no sense.
-First , why would u get rulai's crystal scepter?? are u an ap carry or something? This is a very expenssive item, you are much better off without it, getting some aura items.
- If getting rabadons was a good idea on her before the nerf, now it's not at all. She is much better at being a aura ***** now, sinse the AP ratios are ****.

as I posted in that other "new soraka guide" aswell i ask here: did you consider to add Lichbane to your build? you spam a very low cd spell its passive will be up all the time and you got quite some ap, it could be a fine item.
