Yea same here, i rather use AP then more survivability =P With boots of mobility u run faster then the others and should not be a taget for the enemie team if you stay behind them =)

Noted! I definitely like the Rune focus better on this one. The item build is comparable, classic debate of AP vs CD for her. I personally prefer amping the AP as well.

I do notice however that you took a point from Good Hands and placed it in Blink of an Eye (Flash spell boon) (both Utility Masteries), but you do not have Flash as one of your selected spells. Was this intentional?
