Alrighty I am still working on this, but you are welcome to
take a look and leave comments as I continue to build it. I am really only doing this for myself so I can see my play strategy on the screen out in front of me, but if you like it please feel free to let me know through the comment section.
is by far one of my favorite supports, she has fallen out of use in these later days of LoL, but I
believe she is still a viable option in the game, even without U.R.F. ;) Her sustainability is nearly unrivaled in the game and her ability to feed mana to her ADC is incredibly useful.
I will further go into items here later on.
I built strongly on Scaling mana because by using Seraph's Embrace your late game mana pool becomes
increasingly useful, not only for constant spell usage, but also for higher AP. I did the math on my own so I could be wrong, but I believe using Scaling Mana and SE gives you more AP then simply getting Flat AP runes, however, I did add Flat AP to help with early laning. The armor is to help keep you alive in the landing phase and in team fights.
The offense tree gives us a little extra AP to strengthen our heal and E, the Expose Weakness mastery
will help our ADC whittle away the enemy ADCs health. The Utility tree is pretty straight forward, I opted out of the usual Defense build Soraka, because I believe her sustainability for both her and her ADC outweigh the need for her to get tanky. However, if there is no other tank on your team it is highly advisable to build tanky. Not finished.
You should take E first and max it as soon as you can because it is your best way of supporting quality
ADCs, feeding them mana allows them to continue dishing out damage while you can also use it to poke, after your E you should max your W waiting until late lane phase or about level 12 to take your Q,
The summoner spells you choose can be real lifesavers, or become totally useless if you don't think them through. I almost always choose a flash/heal combination with Soraka, because she doesn't have any disengage and being primarily sustaining champion the heal comes in useful for clinch saves on your ADC. Another good pick is Exhaust because it will shutdown the enemy ADCs damage output more than Heal will heal your ally.
I am still working on this build page, so keep on checking back!
