Hello my name is Tank Veigar I am a Diamond 3 Adc Main who tends to play ezreal a lot in S3 the big thing that every Ezreal play does or in my case did was Blue Ezreal which was good howeever after the nerfs to its core items Tear, Gauntlet, and elder lizard i feel he needs a new build. Thats where I come in welcome to Speed Racer ezreal all the fun kiting power of Blue Ezreal but more effective.

You will run a basic ad Rune page getting magic and armor defenses in glyphs and seals and obtaining max ad in Marks while having 1 ad quint and 2 lifesteal quints for early sustain.

You want to go 21/9/0 getting the main Attack damage buffs in the offense tree only thing I wouldn't get is Lethality and Frenzy because ezreal's major damage is his Q and you wont be getting much crit chance this is not really needed and can be used in Sorcery which gives you 3% cd reduction.

Starter[/b
You want to start Dorans for the early Hp and attack damage make sure your running at least 4% life steal quints to maximize its potential.

First Recall
Next you need to get your Vampiric for lane sustain and your boots for movement.
If you cant get Vampiric go for Boots some Hp Pots and maybe a ward if your support needs some help.

Core Item
what parts of the Trinty to buy are up to you but I perfer to go with the Phage for the early Speed chasing and Hp with a little extra damage. Sheen is great for Ezreal to poke with Q. Zeal I wouldn't recommend unless you have both phage and Sheen.


Maximizing Speed Potential
Now that you have your Core Item you need to maximize your speed kiting potential you will now upgrade your boots into Furor boots. I would suggest Berserker Greaves but Ionian's would work also.

Damage
Now that you can kite you need to start doing some serious damage finish your Blood Thirster and Last Whisper these are required so that you start doing high damage output on the enemy Front Liners

Bonus
At this point you should be set you can buy really anything that you feel is needed I like to go with a Bork for more kiting and do more damage to tanks with high hp, however a defense item like GA or MAW is good if you feel like you need it.

Max Q for Damage - maxing E second for Lower CD on your escape and leveling your ult when available. get W once for passive proc'ing
