The focus here is to chase down and butcher runners, ****block gankers on the move, and knock over towers. In true PvP, don't try too hard. By level 14 or 15, you should be able to tear up a tower with the cover of about 3 minions and escape unharmed. This should happen before any but the most attentive or hurried rush in, even. Yes, I suppose you could see this as a suicide sieging build, but I know it works. On average I can gather 1.5 or 2 kills per death, and knock over 5 towers on my own. If you can remember that this is not a fighter build, you'll do well.

That said, don't bother rating this well, but feel free to critique. This is my personal build for Yi, which varies according to champ line-ups a little. It appears to work rather well, and I'm recording it here for the sake of working on perfecting it, and not forgetting when I try out others. Obviously, I focus on speed.
