I advise taking the normal spells, that you use to jungle. Your main health regeneration comes with the spellvamp that your runes, masteries and of course the passive gives. At the end of the game you have like 50% spellvamp, what is really insane. You get instantly 500 health from Smite. It's pretty funny, when you bait your opponents thinking that they got you and whops spellvamp happens.
I wanted to write a Morgana jungle guide, because with S3 (new items, a little buff on her) she has become a viable pick, and a good one at that.

I picked out only the main items, that I always get. The rest is up to you. But if you play well, the game has ended before finishing rylai's.

It's just a sketch, as artist would say. I just wanted to give and idea to people, who don't think that the only viable junglers are: nasus, nasus, nasus and nasus. Nowadays at least... So be creative, people of LOL.
I want to do a Spellvamp Poppy jungle guide too. But I will think about it after getting responses.
