This is tanky skarner build.

it's all up there, but i usualy start with boots of speed and 3 hp pots. for the trinity force, start with the shen. just farm, jungle and ks as much as you can with your q+e combo, and by the end of the game you will be unbeatable. gl !

i picked it for fast jungle, and extremly nice armor, mr and hp early game. there is no better runes for tanky skarner build. about mastery trees its drawn up, i dont have to explain it.
