Master Yi Build

Hello and thank you to anyone who has taken the time to read this build. My mission in creating this build was to have the current build I'm using be critiqued. While I'm hoping that simultaneously some people will learn from my build if they are thinking of switching to Master Yi or are currently Struggling with them. Thanks again Everyone!
I am by no means an expert on rune builds at all, but for this character I have tried out a lot of different formulas and think I have this one down.
Marks: 9 Mark of Desolation's (+Armor Pen)
Seals: 9 Seal of Furor's (+%Critical Damage)
Glyphs: 9 Glyph of Furor's (+%Critical Damage)
Quintessence: 3 Quintessence of Desolation's (+Armor Pen)
I am constantly playing with my mastery, but I have been sitting on this one for a while now. It's been very successful, but I think this is the major area where I could use some advice of what options might work better. I kind of based this one around the fact that my favorite spells to have are health and exhaust. (I think they both serve the best purposes throughout the entire game)
*Start* Boots of Speed and 3x Health potions (these will keep you from recalling too much early on if the team is good at harrasment) *Start*
Items in order of purchase
1) Berserker's Greaves
2) Executioner's Calling
3) Stark's Fervor
4) Youmuu's Ghostblade
5) Frozen Mallet or Black Cleaver
-If the enemy team has champions that are slipping away from your grasp get the Frozen Mallet
-If the enemy team has champions that are beefy tanks than get the black cleaver to desolate.
6) The Blood Thirster
7) *If the game is a long one or you completed your item build quickly get whichever item you didn't get in step 5 and replace the Executioner's calling.
This skill sequence is designed for early ganking that will give you the chance to not have to recall until you have enough money to complete item steps 1 + 2.
Exhaust- Essential for taking down champions when you are 1 v 1 or or with your team.
Heal- This spell will keep you from recalling early in the game and will give you that extra bit of hp in a close fight with another champ.
Early in the game its smart to use your alpha strike on the closest minion to you when they have enemy champs behind them because you will hit the champ and then you can immediately run back behind your minions without them hitting you.
