Hello, and welcome to my first build, I want to ask you for something, if you rate - write why, suggestions about items, runes etc. are welcome.
Fiora is currently the latest champion in LoL, and another AD carry.
So why you should play Fiora ? There are a lot other carry, so why we would buy another (expensive) champion ?
- Damage - just insane
- Meele AD carry - harder to play than ranged AD = more fun
- Ultimate - just beautiful name : Blade Waltz [blade waltz], it suggest elegant, but deadly move
Pros / Cons
+ French accent
+ Sick amount of damage
+ Sexy appearance
+ Insane AS
+ Interesting set of skills
+ The more AS you have - The better attack animation look.
- Meele - so she can be kited
- No escape mechanism
- Pretty squishy
- No CC
- Focused (like every AD carry)
- OP at the moment, look`s like she will be nerfed soon.
Masteries & Runes
I go for standard AD carry set 21/9/0.
- One point in Summoner's Wrath [Summoner's Wrath] - With runes and exhaust, I can reduce target armor by 40.93 points, so every low level champion will take bonus damage, and I can build armor penetration later.
- greater quintessence of desolation & greater mark of desolation : More armor pen - more damage. (note : Armor & MR can be lowered to value lower than 0, so you can deal additional damage if you have enough armor/magic pen.)
- Greater Glyph of Armor: Fiora is squishy, so we want make her a bit more durable
- Greater Seal of Scaling Magic Resist: like higher
[[Flash] ]: One of the best Summoner Spell in game, it can be used to escape, landing killing blow, and lot more.
Exhaust: IMO exhaust is the best Summoner Spell. Why ? Because of insane slow, because sick damage reduction, and the most important : you can use it in late game.
Ignite: securing kill during early game, later on for champions like [Swain],[Warwick], or other champions with strong heal.
Ghost : More movement speed for chasing or escape !
Teleport : Pushing, better staying in lane - my favorite Summoner Spell, but Flash + Exhaust is better combination
Cleanse: Good spell if you are CC-ed.
Clarity: Why ? You don`t have mana problems, if you have you are spamming skills too much.
Surge : You don`t need AP, and you already have insane AS.
Promote : Maybe on dominion, but in classic your promoted minion is pretty weak
Clairvoyance It`s better for support, you are not support.
Revive To tell you the truth, I had few games when revive could bring us victory, but it was only 2 cases, plus Flash & Exhaust is much much better.
Fiora regenerates 7 + (1 × level) health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
Pretty good passive, if you are wounded you can attack minions to regenerate your health a bit.
With lifesteal provided by Vampiric Scepter, and good partner your health almost every time will be over 75% !
(Passive): Fiora's Attack Damage is increased.
Bonus Attack Damage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
(Active): Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works on champions, monsters, and large minions.
Cost: 45 mana
Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+1.0 per ability power)
IMO The hardest Fiora`s skill to master, because you have to 'read' the enemy, you have to know when he/she will strike, and you have to quickly parry it.
If well used you can harass enemy with it.
Run to him, provoke him to kite you, then quickly parry and run back.
Note. It negates all damage form autoatacks and abilities with proc on-hit effects !
So you can parry skills like Noxian Diplomacy, Parrrley (GP is mad), Mystic Shot, Siphoning Strike, even ALL HITS FROM Blade Waltz !!!
So try to predict enemy next move.
|Burst of Speed (E)||SPACE||
Fiora gains additional Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.
Cost: 55 mana
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds
Bonus Attack Speed: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%
Bonus Movement Speed: 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15%
One word - INSANE.
120% bonus Attack Speed will make your autoatack deadly, later when you jump into enemies you are like Katarina with her Death Lotus !
Fed Fiora (if you are not tank/offtank) just kill you instantly during teamfight ... and cooldown of her Burst of Speed Refreshes, so she can do it again and again.
But it has one weakness - it last only 3 seconds, co if they CC you after you use Burst of Speed - you are screwed.
|Blade Waltz (R)||SPACE||
Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions 5 times, dealing physical damage. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds
Physical Damage: 160 / 330 / 500 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)
Total Single Target Physical Damage: 320 / 672 / 1000 (+2.4 per bonus attack damage)
One of my favorite abilities in League of Legends, insane damage, on-hit effects with every hit, and ... invulnerability.
Normally use it like Trynda`s Undying Rage - when you are low HP, but there are few exceptions like : Slicing Maelstrom, Crowstorm, (any other deadly ultimate), then USE IT ASAP ! Especially if it is [Slicing Maelstrom], when you are stunned you can`t attack => you can`t heal, and they will try to kill you.
In theory it also should counter skills like Requiem, but I need confirmation.
I max [Burst of Speed] first* for simple reason - I N S A N E attack speed, and except Blade Waltz It`s the strongest Fiora`s ability.
(actually second, first is the ultimate)
I also take Burst of Speed at level one.
Why ? Firstblood, in many cases you will fight in bushes, gank enemy jungler or just gank one lane - in this cases Burst of Speed is must have ability !
After Burst of Speed i max Riposte - why ?
The reason is - Lunge.
Your Q is for chasing or opening for combat, if you compare Lunge with your autoatacks, Lunge deal almost no damage.
: Doran's Blade provide me bonus AD, Health and later also lifesteal.
: Berserker's Greaves - more movement speed and, and attack speed before [Phantom Dancer], if they have heavy CC - build Mercury's Treads, anyway you will change it later to Mercury's Treads
: Two Vampiric Scepter - I buy two of them for bonus lifesteal, with 12% provided by second Vampiric Scepter you can survive much longer,
sell it when you will build your last item. (so after doran)
: Infinity Edge A core item for AD carry. Why I build it earlier than The Bloodthirster or Phantom Dancer or The Black Cleaver - damage.
You already have pretty good AS so currently there is no need for AS, you have sick armor pen., you have enough lifesteal and criticals will provide you much more damage than flat AD from The Bloodthirster (I calculated it).
: Now when you have Infinity Edge, you can build ever more damage and lifesteal.
: You need more AS, and enemies are probably stacking armor, so build that little baby, it will shred through enemy armor.
- : Now you have more critical chance and AS.
And the last sixth item :
Now you should build some survivability, so sell your Berserker's Greaves and replace it with Mercury's Treads, then choose the last item.
Second Bloodthirster, buy it if you are dominating enemy team, with it you will have insane 53% Lifesteal and 407 AD.
Good chunk of armor and magic resist plus nice passive.
If they are dealing you really heavy AD.
To counter enemy AP carry.
I added Force of Nature in case of Thornmail, Force of Nature gives you more MR = less damage form Thornmail`s passive.
In theory good amount of damage, armor and critical.
In practice - never tested that, so it went do additional items.
2 Tiamats... now you probably laugh, before you will downgrade me take a look at this video:
- Go bot. Why ? Fiora need a partner, at least ranged character or someone with CC, on top you`ll probably won`t have a chance against Mordekaiser or Rumble
- Why not jungle ? You lack CC = worse ganks, just leave jungle for better champion like Shaco, tundle, Skarner, Lee Sin, Udyr, Nocturne, Amumu etc. Personally I don`t recommend you jungling with Fiora, but if you really want - go on.
- Normally I would rush BF sword, but it could be difficult due enemy team so return to base earlier and buy Boots of Speed Vampiric Scepter (eventually few potions/wards).
This little equipment will give you more survivability and sustainability during laning phase.
