Skill 1---> then Skill 3, then Skill 4... then Skill #2 to escape

Remember that Garen regenerates his own life when he is out of combat. It is dumb to go to recall only for healt in the first 10 minutes of game avoid that.

Pros / Cons

If your team sucks, you will feel so bad because even while garen will inflict a lot of damage you cannot carry a team with him. That is a fact for garen not for this build.

Creeping / Jungling

Not a jungler build, but consider going to kill some creeps everytime you have a chance to and be sure to have map control, otherwise you are gonna be spoted and killed.

Farming

Garens don't care about using skills to farm, use them you don't need mana. Harass your opponents while they are trying to farm with your third skill, then go back and keep farming.
