Introduction
The main purpose of Zilean in any game should be to suicidally attack the enemy team, eventually knowing you will die, but it doesn't matter, because you can come back to life.
Here is the build now.
After that, I get *scrolls up* a Guardian Angel. This allows me to come back to life 3 times! That's good, the more bombs you can hit the enemy with, the better.
Next, I obtain an Oracle's Elixir, so you can get any sneaky Twitches or Evelynns sneaking around sneakily. If you find them, suicide on them. They'll have to kill you, of course.
Next I get a Zhonya's Hourglass. This allows me to charge into battle with my movement speed buffs and boots, while invinsible, so I can hit the maximum amount of enemy champions.
Afterwards, I get a Yomuu's Ghostblad, or however it's spelled... I don't really care about spelling. This can enable me to get even MORE movement speed. That's fantastic.
Lastly, I get a few Kage's Lucky Picks, 10 will do. These allow me to be incredibly lucky. Luck is very useful, as it lets you hit more units, although Riot doesn't tell you that.

League of Legends is a team based, real time strategy game set in a mythical world of swords & magic where epic battles decide the fate of mystical nations. Game players take on the role of a Summoner who conjures and controls champions to fight for them at the Institute of War. During game play champions gain experience and items to enhance their skills and abilities. How players develop and play their champions can be the difference between a crushing defeat or a glorious victory! *lawsuit*? Oh, forgot about "copy" button I guess... Does that even work?
