Intro

Why play a support Ashe?.
Well, Ashe's for sure one of the greatest support champs nowdays but everyone keeps playing her as a carry and that's ok... maybe, if your team allows you to spam and feed quickly enough. But in most of cases Ashe's a support in teamfights and that's what she was designed for in first place, a DPS support.
What to do?.
Your goal is keep your turrets and teammates safe as well as pushing and gank everytime you can, if you're doing well probably you were on charge to ward as well. So, depending on how you and your team were doing you might change the order of the item build, many many times Manamune > Phil. Stone or Brutalizer > Manamune but then you'll need to carry 2 or 3 blue pots everywhere, it's up to you and situational of course.

In Game
Early: You start with a regrowth and health potion, this allow you to stay in lane as much as possible. As early, focus on last hitting and don't spam Volley if you don't have to, try to make your opponent drink his regens with a hit once in a while but once again stay mostly passive and FARM. Once you get like 400 gold (wich it has to be level 3 or 4) teleport back to base and get your phil. stone then teleport back quickly to lane and keep last hitting, now you can start to spam Volley a little and push.
By level 6 you'll have your Crystal Arrow, if you're solo laning, leave your lane safely pushed and gank. If you have a jungler in your team it's a good idea to try to get an early Dragon, remember to ward and save your Hawkshot for that.
If your laning with a teammate just wait for a chance to use your Crystal Arrow or gank in other lane as well.

Mid: Well, by mid game you should be level 10~12, I highly recommend to finish your Mananume by. Join your teammates and try to push and gank your oponnents jungle. Stay at a safe sight, use Hawkshot and spam Volley wisely. If you got succesful ganks try to steal your oponnets monster buffs and keep warding and getting map control. Use your teleport to keep your turrets safe and be sure to always have the 3 lanes pushed.

Late: By late game you might have a god map control and at least finished Boots, Manamune, Brutalizer and Zeal wich gives you enough mana, CDR, movement and ASPD to be useful in teamfights and pushes. If your doing well spam Volley on minions with your team and push turrets, get aware and use Hawkshot to prevent ganks and be noticed that with Brutalizer you kinda can spam it, so don't be afraid to save it and keep your team safe by getting as much map sight as you can. Crystal arrow is an excellent fight initiator so use it if you have to always at safe distance (also it would have like 27 secs CD, so you could use it at least 2 times in pushes), then spam Volley and activate Frost Shot to keep your enemys run away from teamfights.
At this point is always a good idea to get an oracle and seek for your opponents wards, being winning or losing at this rate you'll notice map control makes a huge diference.

I would like to hear your opinions on every aspect of this build and what do you want to see on the build explanation to.

And remember KILLS DO NOT WIN GAMES! :D
