great guide! I skill and rune and mastery my support blitz the same way. I'm curious though, if I have a huge aversion to locket (I freakin' hate that item) what do you suggest I get instead? Should I go for randuins, or just leave it at HoG and go for zeke's if we have a few auto attackers? (You should mention zeke's) Or randuins late?

I also get BV late instead of maw. It gives health, mana (kinda like health), better MR, and block a spell. I think it's superior as a source of MR on blitz. Makes him quite tanky.

Replacement for Locket is Randuins however locket is still a great item on him and I almost always get it on him. The shield it grants can save your life or your teammates' life.

BV is a good replacement but I prefer Maw simply because it grants more fighting power and you sometimes do need it to help out your teammates with the kills.

Very basic layout, however for your Masteries you should have chosen a more viable set up of 0/9/21 for Support Blitz instead of 1/16/13.

Also for your Summoner Spells, give some other options and explain why they can work aswell, and also give some reasons against Summoner Spells that shouldn't be used.

The fact you put Gangnam Style in the title means you will not be recieving a +1 or -1 from me. It just makes me shudder at the fact it was mentioned aside of such a good champion.

I would suggest dropping the Maw for Force of Nature or Abyssal Sceptre, and I would drop the Ninja Tabi for Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Merc Treads or Sorc Shoes.

1/16/13 is just as viable if you ask me. Blitz is not a passive support and needs some extra tankiness form runes and masteries. The Gangnam Style video is just for laughs. A guide sometimes needs some extra funny stuff to make it more fun.

Maw is an optional item if you haven't read. I'm not forcing you to get it. But it can be useful against heavy burst damage. Merc Treads are also mentioned as optional. Ionian boots you don't really need them due to having a lot of CD Reduction from Shurelya's and Frozen Heart. Sorc Shoes are just for AP Blitz. They can't compare to Ninja Tabi or Merc Treads on a support Blitz.

Still haven't gotten an explanation but "Try the build", that's just like those religionist believing "because".
I can't change the downvote if I don't understand why a pure ad item is good on a support.

No, I upvoted it because it was good, but the Shurelia is built too early to get some good gold off the Philosoph in my opinion and the Maw of Malmortius isn't a good choice at all I think. Look, it gives AD, which you don't really want, MR, which you might want but there are better choices and a shield, which is nice but something like Guardian Angel might be better. My problem is with the build, not the guide.
Oh, and 300 ending armor?
Not that good, even if you tank.

Try the build first and then say if it's bad or not.

Getting Maw and the Shurelia isn't very good.
