After new patch and items I had no chance to test my inovations :) If you play only support and for a long time you will get used to having less health with no HP quints. And personaly I think other quints are more usefull such as Armor, Mres, or gold IMHO. But if you feel vunurable by all means use HP quints.

Ah, I understand the Spirit Visage choice now, thanks! As for the CDR, I think you forgot about the 5% from Randuin's Omen.

Items:
Shurelya's Battlesong = 15%
Randuin's Omen = 5%
Spirit Visage = 10%
Total: = 30%

Masteries:
Intelligence = 6%
Total = 6%

Grand Total = 36%

Its 36% CDR you almost scared me there... :D

Build looks legit to me, though I'd use gp10 Quints and I miss a chapter about gameplay. Some tips and tricks would be nice.

Upvoted.

You have great information, and did a good job addressing the cost problem that some Leona builds don't! :)

With that said... here are some things I recommend changing:

BB-Code:
Bravo! You can use BB-code! But just because it is there, does not mean you should bb-code every reference you can. Ex: It is not necessary to code every instance of Eclipse in your Ability order section. Also Heart of Gold showed up too many times in the Core Items chapter. While it helps the reader to have a reference, I think that readers can move their lazy mouse one inch to hover over the first time you put it there. The rest of the bb-code to the same word interrupts the flow of reading your sentences, and makes it slightly harder to read the guide.

Addressing the cost issue and Build / Rune Choices / Mastery Choices:
I like that you made a guide addressing the cost issue; however, it might be good to mention that the way to afford those other expensive items if someone needs them or wants them is to use gold per 10 quintessences and masteries. Also, your build over-shoots CDR cap by 1%, consider moving one mastery point out of Intelligence and put it elsewhere. Spirit Visage is not very cost effective, consider looking for a better choice, like Zeke's Herald.

Formatting:
consider adding some columns and lists and other formatting tricks to add to the guide's aesthetic appeal. If you have not yet learned how to do these things, never fear. jhoijhoi has written a very helpful guide on how to make your guide really good! (Also, colors are great for adding emphasis on things you want the reader to pay extra attention to.)

Comment to Vote:
I cannot determine if you have this enabled yet since there are no votes and I am withholding my own for a later time, but requiring comment to vote ensures that your first 20 comments will mostly be encouragement or constructive criticism, or some combination of the two. It helps you avoid troll votes and will make people who downvote without good reasons look stupid. Basically, I recommend enabling Comment to Vote, it will help your guide :)

Great first guide! Good job so far, and it has potential! And good luck with it :)

P.S. I'll come back to up-vote when you've fixed the redundancy in BB-Code, and added some formatting.

EDIT- RE: Your Response

Ty for your reply yes I ll change the formating when I have the time.

As for Spirit Visage the item I needed was something that gives mres at low cost. Even though Zeke's herald is good item and can replace Shurelya's Battlesong in some games it will not give you needed magic resistance.

As for cooldown reduction we get 30% from items and 6% from Intelligence so that total CD is 36% :)

EDIT: RE:RE Whoops, I should read items more carefully next time, I somehow thought that Spirit Visage gave 15% CDR. Sorry for the mix up!
