Possible cutest champion ingame, Lulu has been through a lot. No matter how nerfed / buffed she gets because her dominance in mid lane, her kit will always be strong.
I am 21 year old male from Austria, playing a lot of league since season 2. (Un)fortunately i got a lot of things going on in real life so I can't play as much as I would like.
I am currently ranked as Platinium 2 and hope to reach Diamond this season.
What i really hate is ping. My average ping is at about 25 and almost never spiking up. I am mainly playing on EU ,but when playing with friends on NA where i get around 120, the game is unplayable for me.

There is a lot of discussion since the armor runes got nerfed about what to take as support.
I have tried g/s and armor, but at the end of the day, magic resist per level glyphs, health per level seals and magic penetration marks. Also finishing off with health quins to get that early level sustain when trading.
Those harmonize with my build where i do not go for any decent resistance items, health is just the most important.
Spellthief or Coin to start out with that is the big question.
I find the active of Talisman much more effective while i think the Spellthief item has greater lane winning potential as you are able to put out quite a lot of damage.
The recent addition Ardent Censar just fits so well in Lulu's game style in general. With building CDR you can just keep shielding your allies all day for a lot of attack speed.
The last item really really depends on who the enemy team is. I can talk for hours, but there are a lot of items that are good.
I like to finish with two of these. This heavily depends on the enemy team.
If they go for a lot of AD, go Warmorgs.
If they are a team trying catching you out (Blitz, Thresh..) Banshee's the item for you.
If they have a lot of AP (e.g Akali, Syndra, Orianna, Ziggs) go Locket.
If your team is fully AD Zeke is also an option (might go for different boots then as you will overreach your 40% CDR)
If enemy team has a really hard CC where you need to get your carry out take Mikaels. Also some magic resist which is nice, also helps with mana problems.
Abilities + proper Usage
In team fights your main task is to defend your ADC with all of your powers, meaning to keep enemies off them and shielding them.
Pix: An awesome passive, you can use auto attacks and trade pretty good, with it you can also last hit when your carry is not in the lane. As Lulu is a fairly safe champion when played carefully (VISION!!) you can also use it when lining up for teamfights to poke.
Glitterlance: Pretty cool CC that slows a lot and also does quite the amount of damage. Can be combined with your E, which can lead to a massive range. Be aware that this might cost a lot of Mana.
Whimsy: It is always a hard decision to either use it to give someone speed to get away from a bruiser or cast it on an enemy. I usually go for casting it an enemy as the carry has his Heal, your Wild Growth, your Glitterlance to gain distance. Also an enemy being locked up for 2.5 seconds at max level, can win the teamfight. Can be used to either save your carry or disable the damage of the enemy ADC when your ADC is in a good position.
Help, Pix!: You want to use this mostly on your carry or anyone who can get the attack speed bonus and use it also they get the passive bonus of Pix, which can give them an extra damage boost, especially champions based on attack speed. However it is also used to save an ally when getting ignited or very low on health. Being alive can do much more than 25% attack speed. Only cast it on enemy to chase up with Glitterlance or on stealth targets (use it on Twitch, Vayne, Rengar), however you should carry around a pink ward for that. Also great for helping with objectives (shielding jungler from drake/baron damage, clearing camps with your ADC).
Wild Growth is a good engage, but an even better disengage, it keeps away annoying guys from your carry. Use to save allies rather than engages unless you have the possibility to knock up 3+ opponents or synthesizing ultimates.
