Hey DrkNinja,

It is really nice guide, a lot of information have been written down and this guide explains a lot about Sion. However, is it legit to play this champion in the current patch if not season? Support champions are having the upper hand now, with the new item - Redemption -
I just think that support Sion is not for the current meta.

Actually Sion support surfaced in the current meta, and is still strong. You can Redemption (in fact it is in his item list) if you want, and I suggest it if you aren't doing so hot. Thing is Sion is very aggressive and if you come out of the lane winning as hard as I do usually then you won't need Redemption. Again though outside of the core build what you build is up to you.

It is a pretty good guide, but Sunfire Cape is not good for a Support Sion, main reason being that it will take CS away from your ADC. I would replace it with Randuin's Omen as support- same health, more armor, 10% crit damage reduction (most ADCs build crit), 15% enemy AA speed reduction, and last, but not least, the slow active which can be extremely helpful in securing kills for your ADC.

So there are a lot of items that could replace Sunfire Cape, but honestly... I just don't want to use them. while sure Sunfire can OCCASIONALLY take some CS, it's not enough to matter more than the benefit. When I play Sion I am up in people's faces all the time and that adds to the damage I do. For instance, let's say I'm trading in lane; it takes 3 seconds for me and my adc to kill someone. At the very least I'm doing 78 magic damage at most 129; that's at the least an auto and a half at most 2-3 autos. Since I play so aggressively it suits my style and my adc is a master smurf so... As an ex-ADC main, I don't think that any adc who's worth anything will miss farm over a sunfire cape.

Thank you for the feedback though! It's sound advice, I just play really aggressive so I don't think it's for me.
