Lets put on our over-thinking caps on about this R.O.A versus spirit visage thing.
Rod of ages gives-80 AP, 725 mana, and 630 health.
Spirit visage gives, 10% CDR, +15% healing on self, 250 health, and 30 M.R.
assuming the Sona in question has her heal at max level, rod of ages will give:
20 bonus on her heal, 380 more health, enough mana to cast her heal 8 more times.
Spirit visage will add:
12 health due to the 10 percent CDR, 18 extra heal to Sona due to the increased healing (I'm assuming it doesn't transfer onto the other person) and 30 M.R.
So in this manner, ROA has better heal, and more health and mana, but spirit visage is quite a bit cheaper...
or you could just get both.

I think this is a good start, so +1. However you need to change some things:

- Change your greater mark of replenishment to Greater Mark of Magic Penetration or Greater Mark of Armor. If you want mana regen replace your seals for it.

- Expand a bit on how to lane, what champs you want to lane with, etc.

- Learn how to code stuff, for example Sona, Crescendo, etc. Refer to this guide for details.

Overall a decent start, just work on it a bit.

It's good, but it would benefit greatly from some coding and some ap, and also I dislike spirit visage a huge amount, you get so much better heal, as much hp and a solution to any mana hunger with rod of ages (the harassment boost is good too). It would be nice if you would do a couple of different builds based on how your doing, and the enemy team eg going ap sona. Decent start, I would like to see you expand on what you already have. Add other summoner spells that will work, more optional items like morellos evil tomb, explain what your catalyst goes into and why you get that before your other gold item. Have a finished build because most people would like to see it and like a i said and situational section in the guide. Maybe add a section for where to ward so its not mixed in with items. And definitely look up the guide on how to make guides, it explains how to code everything and easily add pictures and icons to improve the visual appeal of the guide. Good start though keep adding and I will upvote the guide.
