After the build can you choose between
More support equips- You will not have so much survive-ability but u will help your team alot.
(Ex.Boots of mobility, Locket of the iron solari, Zeke's herald, Aegis of the Leigon, Will of the ancients) (Best suited for Soraka and Sona)
Tank equips- You will be a quite good tank with buffs that gives benefits to your team.
(Ex. Ninja tabi, Randuin's omen, Warmog's armor, Sunfire cape, Thornmail)(Best suited for Alistar)
AP/HP equips- You will gain some more survive-ability and you will heal more.
(Ex. Ninja Tabi, Rylai's crystal scepter, Rabadon's deathcap, Zhonya's hourglass)(Best suited for Janna and Sona)
