Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
What you want for rumble is a specified build that helps your tank and push the enemy father away from your base. At the begining you would want to start off with, a supporter by your side,
or add a carry,: for example Kennen: a good agility start to scare the enemys away. Rumble as aposed to other pushers he has the ability to escape and bomb the enemy suprizingly.
this build was made by experiance. overall my average kills as playing rumble is 22/1.65/5-20.
This was just to enphasize the directive of Rumble.
Even amongst yordles, Rumble was always the runt of the litter. As such, he was used to being bullied. In order to survive, he had to be scrappier and more resourceful than his peers. He developed a quick temper and a reputation for getting even, no matter who crossed him. This made him something of a loner, but he didn't mind. He liked to tinker, preferring the company of gadgets, and he could usually be found rummaging through the junkyard. He showed great potential as a mechanic. His teachers recommended him for enrollment at the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress in Piltover, where he may very well have become one of Heimerdinger's esteemed protégés, but Rumble refused to go. He believed that Heimerdinger and his associates were ''sellouts,'' trading superior yordle technology to humans for nothing more than a pat on the head while yordles remained the butt of their jokes. When a group of human graduates from the Yordle Academy sailed to Bandle City to visit the place where their mentor was born and raised, Rumble couldn't resist the temptation to see them face-to-face (so to speak). He only intended to get a good look at the humans, but four hours and several choice words later, he returned home bruised and bloodied with an earful about how he was an embarrassment to ''enlightened'' yordles like Heimerdinger. The next morning he left Bandle City without a word, and wasn't seen again for months. When he returned, he was at the helm of a clanking, mechanized monstrosity. He marched it to the center of town amidst dumbfounded onlookers and there announced that he would join the League of Legends to show the world what yordle-tech was really capable of, without hiding behind a foreign banner.
''Ugh, it's gonna take forever to scrape your face off my suit!'' - Rumble
What makes Rumble so unique is his resource system. However with a new mechanic comes new challenges and as a Rumble player you need to adapt to this. As stated in the pros and cons, heat can be a double edged sword, providing you with a decent buff however the constant threat of a silence.
So what is this skill?
Junkyard TitanRumble's abilities don't cost anything but generate 20 heat. When Rumble reaches 50 heat, he is in the "Danger Zone", causing all his basic spells to have additional effects. When Rumble reaches 100 heat he overheats, silencing himself for 6 seconds to cooldown completely and causing his physical attacks to deal an additional 20 + (5 x level) + (0.35 per ability power) magic damage for the duration. While not overheated, after 4 seconds of not using his basic abilities he will start losing heat at a rate of 5 every half second, and 2.5 seconds later at a rate of 10 every half second.
You generate 20 heat each ability used, you have three abilities = 60 Heat in one rotation, however you want to play conservatively while out of combat. Why? So if you are ganked you have enough spare heat to escape using your shield.
During the laning phase you should only be using two moves: and . These are your farming tools, and should be used carefully when the enemy goes mia. Abilities like should only be used during team fights and ganks. While this abilities doesnt generate heat you CANNOT use it while silenced - remember that.
Learning to manage your heat gauge will take practise and precision, take your time, learn from your mistakes and ALWAYS have an eye on that guage.
Pros / Cons
Pros: Rumbles Cool downs are Fast
Rumble is easy to play
Flame spitter can be spammed alot
He reaches over heat after reached 100 heat: Gaining bonus damage
In danger zone gives him bonus affects of the abillties he has
Rather a Bully in games
His heat gauge cools down fast.
Cons: Overheating Silences his abilities
When slowed he is vulnerable to other enemys to charge at and assasinate.can easily be avoided after seconds of damage(The equalizer)
The first thing in a team battle what you want to do with rumble is stop the enemy from moving fast for exampleis great for slowing the enemy leaving him/her/it damage as it walks along the trail, later onwill help you rush towards the enemy,http://eu.leagueoflegends.com/sites/default/files/game_data/188.8.131.52/content/spell/68-3.gif slowing them down is great and then usingto finish the kills, along with your team mates damage.
Rumble is a bully in this game therefore he pushes hard making enemies flee from RoC(range of combat) so in early game when you have. first 3 moves
and electro harpoon, you can now rush at opponets leting them confused leading you with the kill spamming these buttons.
Late game you should give it your all with rumble while team battles support them with the equalizer helps slow the enemy and affects them with DPS
Mid game try to stay alive at this point: your objective is to get more gold so stay behind your tanks supporters or assasins if not then stay in between so the hits dont land on you and you have a better chance surviving as Rumble uses his scrap shield and electro harpoon just in case
As Rumble you always want to get on the enemies nerves, forcing he/she/or it to runaway from combat. While going of attack a turret you want to increase your heat gauge doing more damage to the turret staying at 50 heat-95 heat safely, using 100 heat(overheat) for emergencies or minion fights.
Teleport: Helps Rumble in some ways: as a carrier he can teleport to a random place where mobs of minions are raging on turrets. Rumble using Flame spitter and scrap shield protecting and also delibratingly destroying the battle fields problem.
Exhaust: One of Rumbles many abilities : like scrap shield giving him a boost in speed and abosorbing damage. you want to slow down the enemy using exhaust spamming flame spitter and electro harpooning for the kill.
Anymore summoner spells request?Ask me: for Spells if they are recomended
First off: Cool down reductions would help make easy kills, when rumble, suffers after the danger zone you tend to want to use your abilities again, thus making cool downs faster, you get the easy ability activation: Junk yard titan. In team battles rumble will seriously need his moves to fend off other summoners, cool down reductions will help him overall.
Second is ability power, You will need a certain ammount of ability power to initiate his ability as Rumble, He focuses on slowing targets and fast movement speed, adding to the damage per sec with junkyard titan in the overheat branch, So grab a Rylai`s crystal scepter to start off with in the middle of the game, Late game add a Rabadon`s death cap:if your doing well.
Lastly you have magic resistance: Rumble; against other mages are temporarily equal between the balance of Damage; except OP characters if fed: for example, veigar, Fiddlesticks, Morgana, and etc.. Most mages with stunts are usually rumbles bad side of the champion.
Adding magic resistance will give you less capability into instant death with team battles .
Alowing Rumble farming gives him the advantage over a mob of minions. rumble would start of with a scrap shield along with flame spitter shielding and damaging minions(or enemies)near the range of flame spitter. using electro harpoon is optional.
Rumble likes to stay in the danger zone of junkyard titan, giving him bonus damage,
If rumbles over heating he gets a high amount of damage applied but silencing all his abilities except the electro harpoon effect alowing you to cast it twice even though in over heat
