PM \| +Rep by Yozeha » June 15, 2012 5:52am \| Report It seems that 6% spell vamp of runes don't have so much benefit. Early game's karthus Q can deal 80~150dmg so the amount of heal will be 4~9 HP per Q. 15 Ap by AP runes seems to be much better.	Yozeha Posts: 1 Joined: 2012-06-15

I had to give thanks and credit! Just hit lvl 20 and have aqquired all the runes to the slots available at present time :) (been waiting, and saveing with great anticipation for this moment!)
