this build incresead my swainplay massive. shoes, catalyst and tear dont give AP but with mejas and the nice money from level 4 combokills (works like every time) it is a really nice build.

The mejaj's is definitely cheaper than a needlessly large rod,but it's too risky if your team can't compete well.

i like this built .
the only think i dont agree with is the RoA..archangel is enough(remember that you must always have blue)
if you are afraid about mejais hight risk you can try as other items void staff bansees veil and lich bane(at the end)

the built is the basic core i usualy use :archangel staff - rabandom deathcap - Sorcerer s - mejais hoorglass-relays

love this build, just 1 question, if you were to change the tear of goddes with the mana regen chalice, wouldn't it create and unlimited ulti???? going like 80% mana missing 80% regen....never putt of ulti?????

Good build. I wouldn't put mejai's in the core build though. I can see that you're obviously good enough to confidently build it even in ranked games but most people who are going to be reading this probably won't be able to use it effectively. I just recently bought Swain and i was first building RoA>Rylai's>Zhonya's and by the time i got around to starting a deathcap the game was over. now i go RoA>Deathcap and although im less tanky, i actually survive better because i get much more spellvamp with the increased AP.
