Introduction

Hi, I want to suggest you my Swain build. I think high AP, MP and MP regen. is the best for him. In this way you can tank and do a lot of damage at the same time.

Items

Most of you may think that Sorcerer's Shoes are better but when you have so many AP Ionian Boots of Lucidity with cd reduction is more valuable. All other items are for ultimate AP.

Skill Sequence

Playing against other Swains I noticed that all of them starts with Decrepify or Nevermove. But fighting 1vs1 with Torment you do more damage. The second reason to max it first, it increases any damage you do to that target after Torment. You can change Decrepify and Nevermove sequence by your desire. And of course choose ulti whenever possible.

Masteries

I'm playing with ordinary 9/0/21 mage masteries. In early game Nevermove cd is very long and these masteries helps with that a lot.

Runes

All runes are coordinated to magic damage. In my opinion flat runes are better than per level because you do more damage in early game. And when you reach 18 lvl you lose abuot 40 AP but when you have more than 1000 that dosen't matter because you can get more kills in early game.

Summoner Spells

I think these 2 are the best. Ignite combines good with Torment because Torment increses Ignite's burn damage. Flash is very useful for both offense and defense.

You can change Flash to Teleport to strike somebody fast or help your team, or to Ghost it's good for offense and defense too.
