Pretty straight foward.
No big twists here, just that Swain has a smaller range compared to casters like Annie, so you'll need more survivability.
I personally like starting with a Tome instead of Doran's Ring because then I can start building the Guise fast, but the Ring is never a bad idea.
Chalice helps you wonderfully to stay in lane, together with your innate, so try to last hit as much as you can.

On a perfect situation, to kill an enemy you'll need to W-E-Q, but Q-W-E helps you target them with your snare due to Decrepify slow.

Try to time your Ultimate with Decrepify/Exhaust and Flash in front of them so they don't get away from the ravens.
Don't forget to auto-attack after casting Torment if they aren't moving. I see many people just running in circles after ulting, which does nothing, the ravens keep coming in and out on the same rate.

Spell vamp from Will of the Ancients is useful to trick enemies into tower diving you while you have your ult on, you can regenerate your health pretty quickly with it.
