The idea of Swift Hunter Vayne is build her with good attack speed and damage to harrass champs in early and to excel in mid to late game. This is my first build and it works well for me at the moment, I would like to see other players try this build and see how it works for them and give me feedback on what I should change.

As soon as you begin start of with a health potion and Doran's Blade, then when you accumulated enough gold, rush for Berserker Greaves and Zeal and a Vampiric Scepter. Your first big buy should be Ionic Spark seeing as Vayne has not area effect skills Ionic Spark will change that and also boost to your attack speed by 50. After that about mid-game, rush for Bloodthirster for damage and life steal & Phantom Dancer for Crit, Attack Speed & Bonus Movement Sped. You're last two items should be Black Cleaver, once again for attack speed but also because of it's passive to weaken the enemy champion's armour and your last should be Frozen Mallet for the bonus damage, health and it's passive to slow down champions, making it a lot easier for Vayne to take them down.

p.s throughout the game make sure to buy potions until you get Bloodthirster

The masteries i have gone for is 21, 9, 0. focusing on defense but also damage output.

Runes have a similar setup. I have Armour penetration marks and quintessences, attack speed seals and armour and magic resist gylphs for added defense.
